ContentRobot put our plugins - iWPhone WordPress Plugin and Theme and Google Website Optimizer Plugin - through their paces and we’ve deemed them to be WordPress 2.5 compatible!

As always, the iWPhone plugin does not play nicely with WP-Super Cache (or any caching plugins), but there is no change to the installation and usage.

Even tho Google has updated their Website Optimizer, we found that multi-variant testing works great with the plugin on any WordPress blog.

You know it’s a good week when two of your favorite companies call just to thank you for the work you have done. We are talking about Apple and Automattic, who both called ContentRobot to chat about our iWPhone WordPress Plugin and Theme. We were tickled pink to hear from both of them in one week and really excited to hear of their interest in our work.

We developed the iWPhone plugin out of our love for Apple products, our passion for the WordPress platform, and to provide the blogging community with a free tool to easily enhance their blogs. We’d like to thank all of the many users of iWPhone for the positive feedback (and trackbacks) - it really does make it worth it to know our work is appreciated.

We are also happy to announce a new update to the iWPhone WordPress Plugin and Theme that adds support for Apple’s new iPod touch.

ContentRobot is pleased to announce the iWPhone WordPress Plugin and Theme!

Bitten by the iPhone bug (of course, we have ours!), we were inspired to create a plugin & theme that would allow iPhone visitors to optimally view WordPress blogs. The plugin & theme specially formats your WordPress blog, so iPhone viewers quickly see your content without zooming or jumping through hoops.

Note: it’s early beta release (v0.1) and provides only basic WordPress functionality at the outset, but look for updates and enhancements along the way.

To help spread holiday cheer, ContentRobot has created an animated header with falling snow for the WordPress default (Kubrick) theme. You can easily add this Flash-based header to your site and it will overlay falling snow on top of your existing header graphic. No fiddling with Flash necessary, simply upload a few files to your server and the snow automatically appears!

The “Snowified” header is easily customized via a simple text file.

• Choose from three different snowflake styles.
• Customizable flake fall speed and rotation amount.
• Choose to display the blog’s title and description within the Flash file (or hide it if your logo is part of your header image).
• Dynamically loads external header JPEG behind falling snow.
• Chose to display snow within the rounded area of the header or have the snow fill the full header.
